Tiaano platinum plated/ coated anodes are designed for use in electro plating baths for Rhodium Plating and or acid-based Gold solutions. The platinized Titanium mesh anodes comes with a stem are suspended in plating baths with the mesh portion immersed in the electroplating solution.

Advantages of Platinised Titanium Anodes in Jewelry Gold Plating (Common for Electro Plating):-

1. The anode size is stable, and the distance between the electrodes does not change during the point solution process, which can ensure that the electrolysis operation is performed under the condition that the tank voltage is stable.

2. The working voltage is low, so the power consumption is small, the power consumption can be saved, and the DC power consumption can be reduced by 10% to 20%.

3. Lower capital and long Life: The working life of titanium anode is long. The anode life has reached more than 6 years, while the graphite anode is only 8 months.

4. It can overcome the problem of dissolution of graphite anode and lead anode, avoiding pollution of point solution and cathode product, thus improving the purity of metal products

5. Can increase the current density. When electrolysis is carried out at a high working current density, it is preferred to use a titanium anode.

6. Avoid the short circuit problem after the lead anode is deformed, thus improving the current efficiency.

7. Titanium anodes are light in weight and reduce labour intensity.

8. Low over potential characteristics, the surface between the electrodes and the bubbles of the electrodes are easily eliminated, which is an important reason for the voltage drop of the metal anode electrolytic cell.

9. Corrosion Resistance: Platinised Titanium Anodes protective to different surrounding conditions and are also resistive to corrosion. They can be resistive to moisture and steam and also to the corrosion due to oxidation and reduction. They can also withstand easily under the attack of acids and other chemicals. They can also resist the adverse effect occur at extremely high temperature.

10. Stability: Platinum is one of the noble group of metals and also precious metals, all of which are excellent catalyst materials. Platinum is conductive, chemically stable and highly resistant to oxidation and corrosion.
