As per customer request, Tiaano Design, Fabrication, and Supply of Electrodes Assembly / Membrane Electrolyzer (membrane Based Chambers) for Ionization application. The electrode assembly model consists of 2 plates, 3 plates, 5 plates, 7 plates and 9 plates for the production of Alkaline water (Ionized water) at the pH of 8.5 to 11.5 from positive chambers and acidic water at the pH of 6.5 to 6.5 from negative chambers. The alkaline water is for consumption purpose, whereas the acidic water is for disinfecting or sterilizing purposes.
Tiaano suggest the platinized Titanium anodes and Platinised Titanium Cathode for water alkaline process because of its advantages like no contamination in water, complex shapes is possible, Long lifetime, Easy maintenance, High dimensional stability and loading capacity, Good corrosion resistance, Low weight, Perfect current and distribution. Anodes and cathodes material will be similar. It will be consume proper equal voltage in all cells.
