We (Tiaano) produce titanium base plating platinum anode by the special plating process and technology. We have the best the plating effect by controlling the temperature, concentration and current of the plating solution. That makes our production with a uniform smooth coating, bound firmly, large output current, long life and other advantages.

Tiaano platinum plated titanium anode is simply a titanium anode plated with pure platinum or platinum metal oxides. Platinized titanium anodes act as inert anodes and are non-consumable and long lasting. These anodes are insoluble in the electrolyte under the conditions present in electrolysis. These anodes are useful in Electrolytic Chemical production and biomedical application.

General Advantages for Platinized Anodes(Niobium or Titanium):-

Platinized titanium anodes are very frequently used as expanded metal anodes due to their excellent characteristics of …..

High throwing power

Good electrolyte exchange

Compact construction

Low weight, Low maintenance

Energy saving potential,

High electrical conductivity

Resistance to oxidation,

High chemical stability

The standard platinum thickness is 4.0 micron to 6.0 micron in case of higher loads layer thickness of up to 20 micron. The lifetime of platinized titanium or Platinized Niobium electrodes is in particular dependent on the work medium (electrolyte) and the anodic current. Platinized titanium anodes or platinized Niobium Anodes combine the excellent electrochemical features of platinum with the good corrosion qualities of titanium.
