Platinized Titanium Mesh Anode for Gold Plating – Pt Ti Mesh Anode

April 12, 2022 at 10:41 AMadmin

Tiaano manufacturers, suppliers and distributors of Platinum Plated Titanium Anodes, Platinum plated Niobium anodes and Platinum Plated Tantalum anodes for various electro plating process. Platinum plated tantalum anodes are used in critical electro plating applications where is high corrosion electrolyte be there.

Major features of Platinum Plated Anodes:-

Y Platinum plated anode mesh is a mesh-like titanium with platinum plating or coating, designed for electroplating baths of helium and palladium electroplating or acid gold solutions.

Y The titanium mesh uses an electroplating machine and electrolyzed water to help the expressions of gold, silver and copper ornaments to be effectively cleaned and activated, clean the surface of the workpiece, and restore the new state of the jewelry.

Y Titanium mesh uses electroplating machine and electroplating water, gold-plated surface, silver-copper ornaments, and then plated with a layer of platinum or gold to protect the ornaments and prevent oxidation.

Platinised Titanium rod anode with 2.5 micron thk platinum plating for water treatment application supplied to the customer in Chennai.

November 12, 2019 at 5:11 PMadmin

Platinum is widely used as electrodes in metal finishing industries, having special chemical & physical properties like high corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity and catalytic nature. Being a very expensive metal, instead of using solid form, platinum is deposited on the surface of titanium or niobium, occasionally on molybdenum by micron level layer.

Electrodes [Anodes or Cathodes] are available with hanging hook, frame or band in the form of sheet, mesh, pipe, wire, rod and custom built. Platinised titanium anode is used in electrolytes having no fluoride. Platinised niobium anodes are used in electrolytes having fluoride, where we need better conduction (its conductivity is three times of titanium) and also it is suitable for Sulphuric acid chromium plating bath operated at current density greater than 75A / dm².

Platinised titanium / niobium anodes are having the advantages of Low weight - good current resistance; Long life operation - maintenance free; Economical - due to low platinum requirements; High dimensional stability and low resistance; Highly suitable as auxiliary anodes of complex geometrical shapes. Visit our site www.ptanode.com to know more about platinized titanium, niobium, tantalum and molybdenum anodes.

Platinised rod for water treatment application

November 12, 2019 at 10:25 AMadmin

Platinum is one of the six metals in the "Platinum" group of noble or precious metals, all of which are excellent catalyst materials. Platinum is conductive, chemically stable and highly resistant to oxidation and corrosion. It has a silvery-gray color and can be polished to a variety of finishes. Because of its high conductivity and low consumption rate, Platinum is an excellent anode material. Due to its high cost, Platinum is made practical for use by electroplating a thin layer over a high corrosion resistance substrate.

Since Titanium, Niobium and Tantalum substrates are having the ability to form an insulating oxide film under anodic conditions, they are all most commonly used as anode in ICCP. Among them, Titanium is less expensive; however, it has a much lower breakdown potential than Niobium or Tantalum. The titanium oxide breaks down at anodic potentials in the 12 V range.

Welcome to BlogEngine.NET 2.8 using Microsoft SQL Server

October 15, 2012 at 10:00 AMadmin

If you see this post it means that BlogEngine.NET 2.8 is running and the hard part of creating your own blog is done. There is only a few things left to do.

Write Permissions

To be able to log in to the blog and writing posts, you need to enable write permissions on the App_Data folder. If you’re blog is hosted at a hosting provider, you can either log into your account’s admin page or call the support. You need write permissions on the App_Data folder because all posts, comments, and blog attachments are saved as XML files and placed in the App_Data folder.

If you wish to use a database to to store your blog data, we still encourage you to enable this write access for an images you may wish to store for your blog posts.  If you are interested in using Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, SQL CE, or other databases, please see the BlogEngine wiki to get started.

Security

When you've got write permissions to the App_Data folder, you need to change the username and password. Find the sign-in link located either at the bottom or top of the page depending on your current theme and click it. Now enter "admin" in both the username and password fields and click the button. You will now see an admin menu appear. It has a link to the "Users" admin page. From there you can change the username and password.  Passwords are hashed by default so if you lose your password, please see the BlogEngine wiki for information on recovery.

Configuration and Profile

Now that you have your blog secured, take a look through the settings and give your new blog a title.  BlogEngine.NET 2.8 is set up to take full advantage of of many semantic formats and technologies such as FOAF, SIOC and APML. It means that the content stored in your BlogEngine.NET installation will be fully portable and auto-discoverable.  Be sure to fill in your author profile to take better advantage of this.

Themes, Widgets & Extensions

One last thing to consider is customizing the look of your blog.  We have a few themes available right out of the box including two fully setup to use our new widget framework.  The widget framework allows drop and drag placement on your side bar as well as editing and configuration right in the widget while you are logged in.  Extensions allow you to extend and customize the behaivor of your blog.  Be sure to check the BlogEngine.NET Gallery at dnbegallery.org as the go-to location for downloading widgets, themes and extensions.

On the web

You can find BlogEngine.NET on the official website. Here you'll find tutorials, documentation, tips and tricks and much more. The ongoing development of BlogEngine.NET can be followed at CodePlex where the daily builds will be published for anyone to download.  Again, new themes, widgets and extensions can be downloaded at the BlogEngine.NET gallery.

Good luck and happy writing.
