Tiaano Titanium Based anodes are available for beakers with volumes of 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 5.0 liters. Special requests in view of dimensions and shape can be considered. Applications of Beaker Anode is Laboratory plating tests in standard beakers. Beaker glass anodes are either platinized or coated with mixed metal oxide (MMO). Selection of the coating as well as layer thickness and layer weight depend on the customer´s application. They have replaceable anode segments which are fixed to a holder and can be exchanged.
Platinized Titanium or Niobium Anode is available with the standard platinum plating layer thickness of 2.5 micron. Plating thick can be increased up to 20 micron according to the customer’s requirement. The anodes are used for the production of perchlorate and in plating bath as an insoluble anodes.
